Robert Booth

In 2014 development opportunities were considered and work commenced to establish viable development sites and business partners. In 2016 a site was purchased in Bramhall to develop nine high end apartments for sale on the open market. The development was completed in February 2019.
I currently own the former Crimble Hall site in Bamford and hope to receive planning for the reinstatement of the former hall into a dwelling together with the construction of seven detached houses sited within the grounds of the Hall.
I have options on various other sites that are currently under the planning procurement process.
In 2015 iQ Projects Ltd was formed. To service the property developments and to establish a working relationship with known Clients.
iQ Projects Ltd are currently acting as the main contractor on three sites and has developed strong relationships with preferred development partners.
